  • Called American Home Water and Air at 8:30am as we were in need of a new water softener, as the old unit was of poor quality and leaked. Tom Knapp (the owner) answered the phone and explained our options. We selected an appropriate model and requested an installation as soon as practical, as in later that day or the next. The technician, Gerardo, called me about an hour later and said he would be there around 10:00. He arrived as promised, removed the old unit, and installed the new one. It was immediately apparent that Gerardo highly skilled as he quickly and efficiently removed the old unit and installed the new unit in very short order. The new installation is perfect and Gerardo was packed up, cleaned up, and finished by 11:30. That's three hours from start to finish, including travel time. Pretty impressive! I realize that not always possible to get scheduled that quickly, but things went very well for us. Highest marks!
