  • This is the first time I've come to Petco for grooming. I was not sorry. It's obvious they love dogs and are caring. Carrie had checked me in and she and another gal there educated me on the type of food that would be beneficial for Star. I adopted Star recently and she's skittish and runs away from folks until she gets used to you. You could tell she was happy and comfortable when I picked her up and she looked great. I'm in the customer loyalty industry and when I come across stellar service, I stick with the same place. If they continue with this type of service, there will never be any need to go elsewhere.
