  • Southwest Pain Management is a rip off. They list Dr Cohen on my insurance paperwork as being the Dr I saw, but I saw a woman. They bilked my insurance for $2000 over two visits for x rays of my jaw and a mouth guard to help prevent grinding my teeth. As for the clicking sound my jaw makes when I open my mouth (what a dentist referred me to them for), I was given advice and a sheet of paper with jaw exercises to help me learn to limit how wide I open my mouth. They wanted a third appointment to go over my x rays. It's high pressure, so I made the appointment and then called back later to cancel it. Waste of time and money. Felt like a scam.
