  • Let me start of by saying iam solely basing my one star off of my leasing agent Sasha, she has been nothing but super amazing and kind. However my experience with firenze apartments has been beyond terrible. Lets start off with my neighbors, during my walk thru they were super LOUD, their music, it was like being on top of a techno club. I at the time didnt think much of it and also told sasha it was fine, hey its the weekend and the day time whatever, she made note of it and we went through the apartment. the 'Usual' paint on the carpets from a rushed paint job and other various things like new weather strips needed to be added. nothing major no red flags. But when i tell you the very next night i learned how lound my DOWNSTAIRS neighbors could get. it at one point got so bad things in my apartment were vibrating "was i the only person hearing this" . after several complaints and at least two times of my physically going downstairs to complain, i got into an altercation with one of their friends during on of their many friday night parties. after that less parties less noise. livable. Now we have reached the main issue, the BUGS. i am deathly afraid of bugs so i keep my home very clean. obviously being a woman clothes tend to get a little everywhere while getting dressed but nothing major. I have never lived in a place with so many bug issues. i have had giant orange flying bug things (im not from vegas so i have no clue what its actually called) i have had scorpions as well as black widows in my home. like who deals with these things INSIDE of their home? and when i brought the issue to sashas attentions (with pictures) she apologized put me on pest control and told me she would send my email to her manager (totally fine i know shes not the final decision maker) however when sent to the manager her reply was to basically insinuate it was the way i kept my home and brush me off. these apartments suck had i known they would be so rude and maintained ( bushes over grown, dog sh*t, general bad maintenance) i would have lived anywhere else i would not suggest these apartments
