  • Would not recommend this place. My work schedule is all over the place and I am often on call as I work in a hospital. I've been coming here for two years and stylist hop based on what I can make work with my schedule. While I understand client loyalty with a certain stylist, sometimes my schedule doesn't work with that particular stylists schedule. When I called last week trying to get in for a haircut, literally just a trim...I don't care which stylists trims my hair...they would not entertain the possibility of another stylists trimming my hair...my schedule wasn't lining up with my typical stylists schedule so the girl on the phone wouldn't schedule me an appointment. I was told the stylist would call me back to see if she could try to squeeze me in...never got a call and I ended up going elsewhere. Several great salons In Parma...don't waste your time with this one. As I had another terrible encounter at this place I figured I'd update and add more. The owner is EXTREMELY RUDE. Seriously, I don't understand to run a small business I would think you operate on client happiness. They scheduled the wrong service for me. Whoever scheduled the appointment over the phone must have carelessly put me down for just a haircut when I had scheduled a haircut and highlights. When I got there I was told they didn't have time for the highlights. The owner was so rude about it indicating that I must not have told them I also wanted highlights.....when I made the appointment I was with my mom and sister driving in the car. They both heard me schedule. Mistakes happen, however; per my previous gripe about my schedule being crazy, I requested the entire day off for this. I was ready for a day of pampering. Instead I got an extremely rude manager, this was several months ago now and I have since found two other salons in the area that are amazing! Seriously people don't go here, money hungry, rude individuals.
