I bought my brand new Tucson just 2 months ago from a different dealership, so I wasn't sure if this location would be able to accommodate my service request. However, when I called the service department, I spoke with Gary, who was as nice as could be. I told him that my car was brand new, but from a different dealership, but that I had a nail in my tire. He told me if I could be in within the next 2 hours, he would fix it for me for $29. I showed up, he fixed it in 30 minutes, and then said he wouldn't charge me. That was so very nice of Gary! I will surely be going back to Chapman Hyundai!
