  • HTC is my go-to, trusted place for piercings and body jewelry, but today I am very disappointed. I'd been planning to get a new piercing and had the time today. I stopped in half-hour before closing and was told by the woman at the front that they were closed for services. They needed to start cleaning their products and therefore would be doing jewelry sales not piercings. Well thank you for posting that information on your website, door, publishings- NOT. This would have been good to know before I made the lengthy drive to get there. She seemed very uninterested in my feedback and very uninterested in how this settled with me. My feedback being that they should post this restriction so people know this. I've referred multiple friends and family, but say no more. In summary: my business was not important or valued enough for them to respect their posted/published hours.
