  • Cups keep getting smaller and the prices higher. The least you could give me is a smile and a thank you. I've been going to this location for 7 years. Lots of turnover there. But there are 3 guys that are just plain rude. 1 white guy and 2 black guys. At least 2 have been there for a while. They never say thank you. They hand you your change while looking in another direction never saying thank you or any kind acknowledgment. Apparently customer service isn't in the training manual.
