  • Clearly the insurance/roadside assistance companies are NOT listening to all the complaints about this company!!! USELESS, Useless, terrible, obviously they put themselves out as cheap to get the contracts. Horrendous wait then I called to check and they said I cancelled the call. LIARS! Now after 2 hours I get to wait an hour for another company. DO NOT USE CHARITY TOWING!!
