I had an appointment at this location yesterday because I have been having issues with my computer, iPad and iPhone. I am extremely upset about my visit to this store because I waited over an hour without any help even with so many products sitting in front of me.
I went in a little earlier then my appointment and got checked in. The guy whom checked me in was really nice and tried to help but said I would need a technician for my computer problem and that they were running behind and asked if I could wait 10 - 15 minutes- no problem. He came to check on me maybe 5 min later to say someone would be with me. After I had been waiting 30 minutes with no one else coming to me and not seeing the initial guy I heard a man being rude to the people working complaining about him waiting 30 min even though he came in after me, and someone was with him about 5 min later while I was patiently waiting but starting to get annoyed. Over the next 30 min I talked to 2 more people asking how much longer it would be and them saying theres only 3 technicians so to keep waiting. After over an hour of waiting and a final guy going up and telling the technicians that I had been waiting so long with them serving other people (all who were new faces) I gave up and just left.
I am very disappointed at the low level of service, awareness and concern for a customer - especially a clear repeat customer with 3 expensive products in front of me. I know am still having issues with my products and have no desire to book another appointment.
