The Liberace Museum is not to be missed. It does not have much curb appeal as it is in a nondescript area of Vegas in what appears to be a 70's strip mall. However you cannot tell a book by its cover. The museum has 2 buildings, the first has incredible cars, exquisite pianos and a pictorial display of Liberace's life. The second building features his costumes which are works of art.
While touring the museum we noticed a promotion for a show in the museum's theater that evening featuring singers from the Lion King cast (that show is dark on Friday). The show was amazing, and only $20!!. The tiny theater seats about 50 people cabaret style, it was a great experience.
