  • Just finished a install of new furnace and air conditioner. Workers showed up on time, called both days on their way out. They "tried" to work clean, protect what they could, but it it a messy job. I also protected carpet. Workers were knowledgable, polite, hard workers. Made them burgers second day because they worked thru lunch first day. Install needed an extra part to deal with an install problem. No charge-they absorbed it. Impressed! So-now I wait to see how the equipment works. Time will tell-I'll update post after Winter. So far so good. Ken P.
