  • This concludes our stay here at the wonderful Cliffs. Our kids and we had a blast! We appreciated the pool being open til midnight when most pools close earlier. Our rooms were great but I do admit the bed in our master was not as comfy as it could have been. The remote didn't match our tv so it didn't work. It also has only one battery. I called the front desk and had a bunch of batteries in my hand in less than 15 minutes. But it still didn't work cause the tv was Zenith but the remote was for GE. But since I live with the Fox News Tech Ninja (Shaka Armstrong, look him up if you like lol), he used the built in app 'Watch On' (pretty clever!) on his Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet for us to use as a remote. It worked beautifully! The toilet broke and when we called maintenance, they came and conquered in less than 20 minutes. Excellent service with maintenance and housekeeping! I loved the private balcony; they provide a table and two chairs, very comfy. We did end up buying a timeshare so we're looking forward to coming back or just enjoying another of their properties. My kids are teens and they said they had an amazing time and I believe them! Thanks Cliffs!
