My experience at this studio was incredibly disappointing. It took front desk 3 attempts to get my information even though there were not even 10 people taking class, and then I wasn't told where anything was (bathroom, towels, rental shoes). No help was offered to set up my bike or clip in, and when I asked, the settings I was told to use for my seat would've caused injury and contradicted what I've been told at other well-respected studios including CycleBar and Soul Cycle. The instructor whined at us instead of motivating us (leaving it at "this is going to hurt" was rough) and was unable to keep the beat of the music. The bikes are so close to each other that you'll continually bump elbows with your neighbor or your knuckles against a wall during weights no matter what direction you turn your body. Several people had horrible technique that would lead to injury with repeated use and instructor did not adjust or cue properly to fix. Other aspects of class were mimics of a Soul class (handlebar positions, moves on the bike, timing with weights). Unless you're very experienced at boutique spinning and are very comfortable doing your own thing, I do not recommend this studio by any means.
