  • You don't usually see anyone walking around with an ice cream at midnight...except in Little Italy at College and Manning. First I want to thank you for being open late when an Ice Cream is exactly what I am Craving. The Old School Colorful Parlour is a treat itself to be in and the staff are wonderful too. who wouldn't be in a good mood or be happy to work in a place that brought smiles to every body who walked in. Definitely get the Fresh Waffle Cone and the Whip Cream. I look forward to trying the milk Shakes next time :)
