  • I'd rather go to the DMV than this place. Made an appointment to get my passport for 11:45 am. I showed up and there is just a list in the corner for you to manually sign in. You write your name and appointment time. When I showed up at 11 there were two pages of names with appointment times starting at 9:30. They were calling a 9:45 appointment when I got there. There were two people working, a lady named Susan and a tall man with a beard. Tall man with beard was helping people at about 6x the pace as Susan. As I waited, they were calling people's names once or twice from the front of the passport room..... nowhere near the designated waiting tables. They would call a name once or twice if you were lucky in a fairly quiet voice, and if they didn't respond within 30 seconds, they moved to the next one. At 1:30 pm I was finally called back by a regular post office employee at the counter, not at the desk. It took 5 min. Susan still still hadn't helped anyone in the time that the woman helped me. There were no vending machines, no restrooms, no water fountain. If you are going to have 4 hour wait times, have a bathroom!
