  • Rude and unhelpful. Walked in 10 mins before they closed, as soon as I get to the counter they asked what was going on, I said my girlfriend has a severe headache and heart is racing, her blood pressure might be high. John, the guy behind the counter said this isn't the emergency room this is an urgent care and we don't do anything with high blood pressure. They didn't even check to see if that was even the case just told us to go to the emergency room. The information wasn't the point of contention for me it was they way he said it. It was clear he didn't want to even see her and that he was ready to go.
