  • Crazy cool farmer's market! Gorgeous produce, yummy meats, cheese and seafood and beautiful flowers. I loved wandering around looking at everything. If you truly love great food (I do!), this is your nirvana. What I wanted to see more of was options to sit and eat, or open a bottle of wine. A few picnic tables, and cafes. I wanted more of the merchants to cater to a sort of "grab and go" picnic type eating. This made me wish I had a kitchen in Montreal, oh the delicious food possible from this place. There's also a little shop PACKED with kitchen equipment of every type. Don't miss the cute little bookshop near the entrance/exit, stocked entirely with gorgeous cookbooks and other books about food and cocktails. This is pretty much a must see for any Montreal visitor, and it's easy to see why. Just great.
