The staff here is usually incredibly rude, but the last experience I had here was so over-the-top I had to write a review. My girlfriend and I came in and I set off the alarm thing at the front on our way in. We bought around 60 dollars worth of stuff and on the way out the alarm went off again, obviously. This became a problem because evidently the staff doesn't pay attention to anything and didn't realize that it went off before I had even spent any time inside. That or they were too messed up on drugs to remember. I emptied my pockets for them, showed them that I didn't have anything under any of my clothing; I did everything that was asked of me to prove I wasn't stealing anything and they were still threatening to call the police on me. A few minutes into this whole fiasco and one guy asks me why I'm "afraid to empty my pockets" if I'm not stealing anything, when I literally had just finished emptying them and removing clothing that I didn't have to remove for them in the first place. See what I mean about being too messed up to remember things? I wasn't hyperbolizing at all. I also have a neurological condition that causes tremors in my hands; they claimed that this was proof I was nervous, which they subsequently claimed was proof I was stealing, and frankly I was completely embarrassed by having my disability pointed out and mocked in front of the entire store as if it somehow said something about my character. If I was really stealing then fine, call the cops but show me the proof. Either show me the security camera footage or tell me where you either witnessed me concealing the merchandise or trying to leave the store with merchandise, and furthermore tell me what merchandise it is that I'm accused of stealing. The truth about this place is that it's a little hipster sewing-circle, and Vegas is such a small town that if an employee of theirs doesn't like you for whatever reason, then good luck not being treated like trash for coming in here and trying to spend your money. And guess who was leading the crusade and threatening to call the police on me in the first place? Little miss punk rock with the anarchy t-shirt and the $120 Doc Martens made in a Chinese sweatshop. How completely and utterly typical.
