  • Nicole Moss was hired by my surgeon Dr. Lopez Benitos to assist in a hysterectomy surgery/ovary removal. Lopez failed to tell me that there would be another surgeon present, I did not meet her prior. I only found out after that fact that there she was present when I received a bill for $27 bucks. Who is this? I wondered! Well, the surgery was botched.....either her or Lopez Benitos knicked 1 of the tubes that allows one to urinate.....so a routine 90 minute surgery took almost 4 hours!!!! Emergency surgery with an urologist was called in to put in a stint and fix their error. And, Nicole Moss sent me a invoice for services rendered......Really? Quite possibly, Lopez Benitos should pay this $27 bill??? Clearly, an attorney needs to pursue the error!
