  • After months of trying to reach the powers that be at lvac still no resolve. I believe that when you are unsatisfied with a product or business to this level you should be refunded your monies. Back in April I talked to Maria in Hellena Tollivers office and she was going to give me a prorated amount from April on. I told her that since they had took so long to respond and they looked at the records and saw myself and my family had not been there since December 2015 that it should've been prorated back to at least January. The arrogance that you deal with when you deal with lvac and I'm talking about the company as a whole is amazingly crazy. So I sent an email in may stating if they don't prorate back to January that I will take them to small claims court and request my full $883.00 back that I paid up front. I haven't even gotten a reply. Not even on yelp. So I'm really a strong believer that some businesses think they're too big and can't be touched and when they do this it's up to us to show them different. I sent a certified demand letter Monday September 19th 2016 to the main office and if there's no response I'll be following thru with legal action. At least now I know the smaller gyms with no commitments is a whole lot better.
