Having recently completed a chorizo tour in Europe, I feel my standards are legit. The Chorizo here was off the chart. The Octopus was of similar quality as well as the Manchego. The service had that old school professionalism, manners, and charm you don't find often anymore. Jam packed late on a Friday night, you can tell the locals value the place (rightfully) over the sterile corporate chains down the road that rely on architecture and alcohol to draw a crowd.
