  • 4:30 on a Friday and a line out the door. Who is the manager of this establishment? 2 tellers for a Friday afternoon sounded sufficient to you? Everyone in line was complaining that it's always like this at this location. I notice it's like this at every BOA I've ever visited. They're terrible with scheduling employees
