  • Security is not excellent at this place. In the first 4 months, our bike was stolen from the bike rack which is in the bottom part of the garage. When I asked about it, the office said there was nothing they could do, which included look at footage from the video cameras because I'm sure they are not in working order. I asked if the home owners association had been looking into budgeting more for security, and that came back with a chuckle. My biggest issue however is with the office itself. It has been closed "for unforeseen circumstance" all week and I have been unable to receive any of my Christmas packages. Not only that, but this makes it impossible to use the amenities in the office, like the computers, printers, and fax machine. Overall, it's not worth the headache and uncertainty to live here. My landlord is amazing, but he can't help these issues.
