I totally have a great review. It was 109 degrees out, I have a handicap man with me and I had a flat. I was trying to get to the nearest gas station to air up on the way to Tire Works. Both gas stations I stopped at air compressors were out of order. I pulled along the road and a man had stopped to help. The man jacked my truck up to help me get the tire off. The ship was sinking fast! I was stuck along the road 4 blocks from Tire Works.
I call Tire Works and ask if they could send anyone to help me. They don't normally provide that service but since, I was unable to make it there and my spare was flat too they came to my rescue. Two of the nicest guys showed up. The take my flat and checked my spare. Spare was flat too. They take my tires back to the shop to fix them.
As I was waiting for the Tire Work guys to return, my truck fell off the jack and slammed to the ground implanting my disk into the pavement. I call Tire Works and at this point I'm hysterically crying. The guy on the phone totally calmed me down, sent the guys back with a jack and along with my repaired spare and regular tire and they examined my disk. All way good. Even though they refused to let me buy them dinner, I did anyway.
I can't thank Tire Works on Silverado Ranch enough.
