I had a '82 Honda FT500 in storage for 18months. It wouldn't start and the brake fluid had turned to dry custard.
Scot came fully equipped with a beautiful tricked out step van (tools, compressor, suction] and went right to work. He was fast, friendly, and totally knew what he was doing. He cleaned out the carburetor, got it running and when working on the bakes, found a problem with the master cylinder. He gave me a very fair price for the work done, and went off to do another appointment in the neighborhood while I drove to a Honda shop and got a cylinder repair kit.
He came back after the other job and installed the new master cylinder (no charge).
I've had different bikes worked on by different mechanics for 40 yrs and Scot has been the best to work with.
I give him the highest recommendation. He's a gem.
