My review is not necessarily due to workmanship, as we were happy with the final outcome. My negative review is due to the fact that the company is very quick to call you when you need service, but will not return a phone call when you are unhappy with the original work.
We had risers added to our existing septic system last year and the work was done by Walker Plumbing. Last month during a major rain storm the ground around both risers washed away and created a sink hole that caused a landscape rock to slide in to the hole, knock the riser off and fill the septic full of water and mud. Walker plumbing came back out to repair, but charged the full amount of the repair without assuming any responsibility for not compacting the dirt enough last year.
All I really expected them to do was call me back, but after two weeks and three phone calls, I still have not received a phone call. Companies need to acknowledge that custom service goes beyond the completion of a job.
