  • The salon staff in general have great service: they take your stuff and put it in a locker for you in exchange for a key that they place on your wrist; after assisting you with getting your salon robe on, they walk you to your chair where they'll bring you a hot tea that you can get unlimited refills for. I've gone a couple of times to see Hiro for balayage services and a hair treatment. She is super sweet and has done a fantastic job with my hair! Last week I went for balayage and toning and I love the end result! I've gotten so many compliments on my hair and it doesn't feel damaged after bleaching because of the olaplex. It's a shame other people have had a negative experience but I've had nothing but pleasant interactions and results from NC Salon!
