  • Great service, great technicians and fantastic pricing. Can't beat the professionalism of J2. Moved into a rental property after selling a home that was all wood floors. Horror of horrors - carpeting in living room and dining area. AND... it's light tan shag. Oh well, it's only for a year. I forgot how filthy carpet can get after 6 months of shoes, kids, pets, guests and US! J2 to the rescue - quickly got up all stains, pet deodorized and were done in 30 minutes. Unbelievable! It's like a new mcmansion. Will call them in 3 months for a touch up just to keep up the good work. Thanks J2!
