  • My wife had called Sit-Well to see about getting our leather sofa and love seat repaired. The gentleman told her to take some pictures, send them to him and he would prepare an estimate. She called back this morning to get the email address. The "lady" that answered thought she put the phone on hold, but my wife could hear their whole conversation: "Hey Rick, there's a lady on the phone that wants to get an estimate." "I don't want to talk to that bitch. Tell her I'm out sick." Needless to say, we cannot recommend this firm. They apparently don't need or want our business.
