  • Just spent 3 nights here, 6/25-28. I like the place and would stay again. Pros: excellent beds. I mean really good. My bed just sucked me in and knocked me out. Slept like a rock. That matters. By the way there was no sound at all from the nightclub above. None. Also outstanding is the staff. All were as pleasant and helpful as they could possibly be. I also liked the overall appearance of the whole facility. The upgrade for the Cromwell (I'd last stayed there when it was Bill's) is quite deluxe. Only negatives are the bathroom, which is cramped, and the parking structure elevator. It was broken when we arrived and my daughter called the front desk while we stood there in the heat. But the desk said to use the valet and we did and they comped it!
