  • I'm giving it a 4 because I like Starbucks, but this location kept me in the drive-thru for a very long time. I wouldn't have an issue with this, but the line didn't move for a good 10 minutes. That's never happened to me before. When the line finally moved, the next care sat at the window for 5 minutes. Maybe it was an off day.
