  • After researching the new Keratin treatments for straightening curly hair, I called Taglio's with numerous questions (my grand-daughter was starting junior high and was tired of the teasing she received, amongll regarding her curly, frizzy hair!). I was reassured that the Keratin "Mini" treatment would straighten her hair, but would not last as long as the super treatment (that costs 2 x's the amount or $300!). 2 hours and $200 later after receiving the "mini" my gdtr's hair was beautiful, straight and shiny! We followed the directions not to wet or "bend" washing it about 48 hours later with the Bumble 'n Bumble shampoo and conditioner recommended by the stylist - afterwards her hair curled and frizzed up just like it was when we walked into the salon!! My grand-daughter was so happy.... swinging her straight hair and said she even felt pretty (worth every penny of the $200!)- she's devastated and in tears now with school just hours away! I am calling the salon tomorrow - will let you know the outcome!! Called Taglio's and spoke to Jennifer - extremely nice and accommodating! Felt so bad about my grand-daughter (seemed very sincere!) and immediately said she would schedule a re-do. We will most likely just go ahead and get the complete Keratin Smoothing Complex instead of the express version to insure success for several months. Thank you, Jennifer and Taglio!
