  • I was referred here by a friend for a quick bleach on my grow out. I literally spent 4 hours there and left with half ashy blonde ends and a yellow mid shaft. Literally two different hair colors! I have naturally light hair(level 8) and have never had an issue with bleaching my hair. Then I get to register and they wanted to charge me almost $300 for the worst hair coloring experience I've ever had. They settled with me and i ended up paying $180 and still tipped the colorist $30 and I don't know why because she was defensive and very ugly towards me. When I got home I realized just how yellow my hair was and called Adagio to let them know they needed to fix it. The owner rudely told me "you can hold on" and told me I could come in at 8am the next morning without asking if that worked for me. I didn't go because I knew if I went my hair would be completely destroyed. I want my money back for the bullshit they have put me through the last week or so. I know that will never happen because they are stingy, don't own their mistakes and are completely clueless what the term customer service means. I'm sitting in another salon right now getting my hair fixed about to shell out another $250 to fix the girl from Adagio's mess. RUN ladies!!!!
