Went the day they opened with my son what a huge mistake. Got two orders because my son loves this type of food and made me take him. Before I get to the register I heard a customer being asked how she liked the food. She said well it was ok but the bread fell all apart so I couldn't truly enjoy my food. Instead of oh I'm sorry blah blah blah she was responded to by the owner with "well it's bread what do you expect right?" I was shocked at the response. They had so much advertising everywhere that the first 150 "guests in line" would receive one free meal per month for the entire year. I get to the register and the cashier gets very rude and tells me I need to learn how to read that it's only for those 18 and older that she wasn't giving me one for my son. Reason I was there too btw. I said well the flyer I have says guests and not adult guests. She got upset and took me outside to show me a sign on the back of the door where they had taped a piece of paper to it saying 18 and older. Hmm why didn't their fb post say that? Hmm why didn't the radio station promoting say that? Why didn't everyone's flyers say that? They all kept repeating the first 159 guests in line. She continues to say well if you open your eyes you can read that it says it clearly right there. Talk about rude. I thought well maybe the food will be spectacular and I can forget the rude ass cashier. Nope! My 10yr old even said wow mom sorry for making you wait in line for this. The food was greasy and tasted burnt probably from being thrown back on the grill, I don't know. Not sure how they keep opening other locations unless this one is just the crap one. I really wanted to like it because my son loves this food. Service is horrible and so was the food. Definitely won't be going back. Please invest in training your staff customer service skills. Also don't false advertise!
