rev:text	This was my first experience with Dr. Casas. He was quick and to the point, just what women want in a gynecologist . However, like many other complaints I have read, his wife controls the dog and pony show. I asked for the simple, courtesy of having one of his staff look into the room, I had left, for my cell phone. Without hesitation, the receptionist said none was turned in. I then ask if someone was willing to walk five steps, from the office's front door, to peek into the restroom for my new, cell phone (600+) I had left. I was told they were busy and to call back in 20 minutes. THEY WERE CLOSED, WHEN I CALLED. It took me 1 hour to go back. Yes, it was there. They locked the front door without even looking into the restroom. When I called to let the office manager know this, she told me that her staff has no Master's Degree and was unable to keep up with their responsibilities and provide this courtesy for a patient. I really think she was trying to use my Master's Degree as an insult to me. As all of you know, you would go, at least, this far for a stranger. She condoned the staff's behavior, stating that, "You are angry because they didn't do what you wanted." I was letting her know, thinking this behavior might be corrected. I certainly would want to know to keep my boss/husband in business. Instead, I was sent a certified letter stating they no longer wanted my patronage. No patronage, no paycheck. Looks like the poor doctor has lost control of his wife and his business. Find another place, you deserve better!
