  • Went to this location to hunt down a missing package sent from California. Got there and was helped by an older lady. Painfully slow for her to log into a computer and put in tracking number just to tell me I have to go next office next door. Met another older lady who was grumpy did not greet me just said "can I help you?!" Gave her my tracking & case number just to find out they can't find it and she recommended to file a missing/ theft case. So bottom line still am missing that package. 15days delayed and its sitting somewhere in their warehouse or an employee misplaced or stole my package. Very upset! And a huge waste of time!
