  • Let's start with this was the worst sprint experience I have ever had! The store manager or the manager on duty Eric was very rude with a disgusting attitude. We came in to exchange my husband Note 7 because it has been recalled. He started with what store did you buy the phone you need to take it there. Then he found it was a corporate store where we got the phone and stayed that he guess the can look into exchange the phone. Long story short he pushed us off on the sprint store on Camelback telling us that he had no phones.
