  • Do you have a hole is your master bedroom ceiling that is dumping water from your AC unit onto your carpet? Well, I did and had no idea where to go, what to do, or who to talk to. After talking with my insurance agent they recommended talking to a company that would be quick to respond, helpful, honest, and knew their way around the complicated industry which is home insurance; his recommendation, Empire Services West. He was dead on! After calling Empire on day one, they were at my house day two assessing the damage and quickly making sure they stopped the spread of moisture and any possibility of mold damage. They talked me through the whole process and the steps they would need to take to fix the damages. They were honest around costs and what they expected the insurance company to cover. What could have been a nightmare with insurance they all took care of in the background; I literally had checks coming from my insurance company before all the fixes were even made! We were so pleased with Empire we asked them to make some other small repairs around the house that we had put on the back burner; again honest and priced just right. The whole team is a pleasure to work with, from the front office, to the contractors, to the workers that made the fixes. They were all very professional and made you feel like you were the only customer they had, which goes a long way when you feel displaced in your own home due to damages. Thank you Empire for all your help and honesty!
