My wife and daughter stayed there for my daughters 21st b-day. "EWE" . 1st night were bitten by bed bugs (have pictures).During the next 2 days they were threatened at the pool by a "known prostitute" (according to the head of security) while soliciting guests in the spa. After a lady from housekeeping came up and caught 2 bed bugs, they changed them to another (smaller) room? Also while in the elevator my wife actually had a conversation with another guest who also had bed bugs in their room. (GROSS!!) As for the incidents regarding the black prostitute at the pool area, security asked her to get out of the pool for swimming in bra and panties but did not escort her off the property??? (also stated to my wife and daughter that she was a known prostitute) I contacted the Director of Operations (Lisa Krasn) and also the general manager (Mark Sterbens) via email and phone calls in regards to this horrible stay in hopes they would handle this properly. Sadly all they did was say they were going to refund the $147 we paid for the 2 night stay. In my opinion as a guest, if this is how the "shot callers" handle these kind of incidents at their hotel, it doesn't make me feel safe for my family, or comfortable staying there. I'M OUT!!! There are so many places to stay in vegas where you are treated as a valued guest and treated like you matter. So if you want to get bitten by the bed bugs and have your kids see a real live prostitute in action...HOOTERS is the place to go.
