  • Recently rented a Grand Caravan, love love loved it. I'm a Dodge girl, I may have to make that my next purchase. Anyways, everyone was very friendly but a couple people that really stood out, were Nick and Ann. I mainly worked with Nick, he was so professional and kind. When I would rent from shops on Sahara, I was usually made to feel like they were helping me, they didn't care of I was content. Working will Nick, he made me feel like he was there to help with what I need and to make sure I was content and taking care of. I like that. He was very patient with me as well, I was very unorganized that day, last minute decision to get the rental, my babies were talking loud, one trying to push me away from the counter. We were a mess that day. Thank you Nick for putting up with us! Thanks Ann for being polite, you were clearly busy your own guests and still greeted other guests in the store in a kind manner, made me feel very more welcome.
