  • Not only was the service poor, and the showrooms appalling. I left after making my appliance purchase to find that sears had reported me as an unauthorized vehicle. I called the loss prevention dept to find out why. He claimed the ticket had been written prior to my purchase therefore I was not a sears customer at the time I was ticketed and to deal with it. I explained I had made a significant purchase in the store which took time, but all the same made the purchase. He refused to take the 5 minutes and email Calgary Parking Authority to explain a simple mix up. I advised if sears wasn't going to make the effort to dissolve an unfair and complete bullshit $40 ticket then my $2500 purchase would be returned. Still no help. I returned the purchase and will NEVER in my life purchase from this store or ANY sears store ever again. Sears you're a joke!
