  • We leased at The Vue sight unseen because we knew they are new construction and assumed we would be getting a high quality apartment. We needed a small one bedroom in the interim between homes so signed a 6 month lease. They have to be the loudest apartments I have ever lived in. You can hear every step the person in the apartment above you makes. Every time something is moved or dropped on the floor it is so loud. When your upstairs neighbor uses their W/D it sounds like yours is operating. Also the apartment a few doors down is party central. We are a few windows back from Tenaya and the traffic noise is horrible. I can only imagine how bad it will be for the the units opening that are directly facing Centennial and Tenaya. Also, there is an untagged motorcycle that has been sitting for days. Our apartment has a brown laminate flooring with creamed colored walls and the colors do not blend well at all. These are shoddy built apartments. So happy I will only have to live here for a few months!
