  • Bought a living social coupon for 1200 square foot of tile to be cleaned. Matt came to home and agreed it was within the amount the living social deal called for. He went out to his van and brought in his cleaning equipment. He did a little gimmick with some cleaning solution and said the tile was excessively soiled. He quoted a price of $200 to complete job with only my girlfriend present. When refused, he countered with $150. When refused again he left the house. I called and spoke to him and he acknowledged he was never going to clean the tile for the living social deal. He then promptly hung up the phone. What a racket to get in your home and up sell the customer. Very poor business ethics so buyer beware if you're using a site like Living Social with this guy.
