Called for my elderly mother in law who is unable to go to the salon. Was required to pre pay on credit card. She was so excited to finally have her hair done! My husband made sure he was home early that day to be there and person never SHOWED. After calling them a half hour later the woman who answered the phone said she was unable to locate the hairstylist? Very very unprofessional! Finally another woman called (the stylist) and said she had overbooked? We decided not to reschedule due to the poor service. This is where REQUIRING to pre pay is a hassle as I had to call the number THREE times before they answered to insist on my money back. The lady who took the call apologized but didn't seem too concerned or sorry. A lot of time wasted by all. In addition to this the confirmation email they sent had the wrong date?? Who is running the show here? We ended up using "The Travelling Hair Stylist" who is by far cheaper, punctual and very good.
