  • My Husband and I have been living here for 3 months and while I liked this complex from the start I wanted to wait to be sure of my opinion. We had such an excellent move in experience and Sara in the office went above and beyond for us. She honestly was the most accommodating and thorough apartment office member I have ever met. I read the reviews when I first moved in and was shocked and some of the ratings and comments. I can honestly say the 20 $ trash service is really fantastic and keeps the grounds and apartments almost trash free which sure beats living next to large dumpsters at every corner. Very dog friendly, the grounds have a cute dog park area fenced off and several doggie areas with baggies and covered trash bins. The complex feels safe and secluded which I like. You feel tucked away but your still just right off the 202. Our only concern about this place is if we will be able to renew our lease at the end of our stay as we are that in love with our apartment. Check it out and see for yourself.
