  • I do not usually write reviews but feel as if this review may help others. I signed up with this gym over a year ago. I signed up for training as well, the specific trainer I worked with did not keep planned appointments, reply to phone calls/texts, and there were a handful of times where I showed up at an agreed time for a workout and he did not show ( no prior communication and I attempted to reach him with no response) There were varying answers from management on session prices as well as a prolonged period of me attempting to cancel my personal training sessions- I finally let them know if it wasn't taken care of I would have no choice but to go to corporate. After, months of suspicious activity and occurrences similar to these, I called to get the owners contact info to give him feedback on these issues, the trainer (states he's a business partner of such) answered the telephone and failed to mention the owner was there at that time. In my personal opinion, the employees/managers are not trustworthy nor men of integrity. This entire experience was very saddening as any person who is looking to better their health should not have to worry about being taken advantage of or scammed. I hope this review serves as helpful for someone. I didn't include names as I do not think it is necessary. May you be successful in your journey to great health!
