  • Dirty facility and rude careless staff. I had gone to their website first, which is very misleading. Then I called several times to speak to someone about childcare for my 2 yr old daughter and got put on hold several times and never really got my questions answered. (that should of been a red flag). I decided to bring my daughter in one day after work to meet the staff and ask questions. Before I could finish my sentence the lady at the desk said "did you even call and see if we had room for your kid first" i told her that I had called several times and that nobody ever said anything about availability. She asked my child's age and asked if I had DES daycare. When I said "No I will be paying cash" she said that she didn't think they had a space for her. At this point I had already made up my mind and told her that I wouldn't bring my child there even if there was room. I called to complain about the rude woman and it turns out she's The Owner!! Hahahahahaha! This place is a joke. It's filthy. All the kids were crying. And obviously short staffed because there was a big "HELP WANTED" sign on the dirty entrance gate.
