Have played Scottsdale Silverado four times in the past three weeks. This is a fun track that has just enough trouble to keep the average golfer honest. The fairways and rough have all been overseeded, so the visual appeal is there. There are a few thin spots, but all in the rough - and that's why it's called rough. It isn't supposed to be pristine and we aren't really supposed to be there. The back nine is infinitely more interesting than the front nine. Greens roll true, though they aren't the prettiest I've seen - it looks like more grass is needed in spots, but it doesn't affect the play. I like the course and keep coming back.
