  • I had an appointment with Emi herself. She was badly skilled and had a terrible attitude. I ran a bit late due to an intense rain and construction and I called from the road profusely apologizing. I even asked if they want me to reschedule and they said "no just hurry". Anyways. I arrived soaked in rain and Emi looked pissed. She didn't even say hello. Just abruptly presented me with her book of colors for me to choose. I found her overall attitude to be very unpleasant and unprofessional. Worst of all, she cut up all my cuticles and my hands were in so much pain for almost a week after her service. They were raw and bleeding and Emi even realized that herself when she saw how red my cuticles were. Also I was flinching everytime she went near my cuticles. Oh. She never once acknowledged or apologized. It was painful to get my hands wet so doing dishes and washing my hair were difficult thanks for EMI. STAY AWAY. there are so many better nail salons only a few steps away from them.
